This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and to continue the conversation.
Client data
The systems we build and host process data on behalf of our clients, such as their customers' contact details, vehicle information and service records. For that data:
- We process it only to provide the client's service, under the client's instructions.
- Each client's data is kept in that client's own system and is never combined with another client's data.
- We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing.
- It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the client's system, such as hosting, telephone and messaging carriers, and the data and software providers the client uses, and only for that purpose.
- It is transmitted over encrypted connections, available only to people the client authorizes, and backed up nightly.
Questions about personal information held for one of our clients are best sent to that client. We will help them answer.
